I learned the art of barbecuing from a true master because I was raised under the direction of my dad, Frank, who has been my constant source of inspiration throughout my life.

My dad, who is now 76 years old, began his journey as a griller and smoker when he was just 20 years old, gaining a wealth of experience and insight along the way.

He was very kind in sharing his expertise with me and instructed me on everything from the best ways to season food to how to maintain the ideal temperature while cooking.

His commitment to his work and his expertise has been a rock-solid foundation for me throughout my entire life.

As a loving father of three, I'm committed to instilling in my kids a love of barbecue and the values that my dad instilled in them.

Our family gets together around the grill every weekend to spend time together while enjoying the tantalizing aroma of sizzling meat and the mesmerizing crackling fire.
